Toothache, a damaged tooth or a filling that needs attention can make everyday eating uncomfortable and leave you wondering what treatment you need. Dr. A.B.M Hasib Kamal Opu is a dentist and oral surgeon in Dhaka whose work includes root canal treatment, tooth extraction and cosmetic fillings. The doctor holds BDS, with additional training listed as PGT (OMS), PGT (Conservative Dentistry). These cover oral and maxillofacial surgery and conservative dentistry. With 4 years of experience, Dr. Opu works at Dhaka Dental College & Hospital as an Oral & Dental Surgeon. Patients can consult Dr. Opu about a painful or decayed tooth, whether a tooth may need removal, or a filling to repair a tooth’s appearance. It’s understandable to feel unsure about the difference between a root canal, an extraction and a filling. A dental consultation gives you the chance to have the tooth assessed and discuss which treatment is appropriate rather than trying to decide on your own. For private appointments in Dhaka, Dr. Opu sees patients at Everglow Dental Zone. Visiting hours are 5pm–10pm, Saturday through Thursday; the chamber is closed on Fridays. These evening hours offer an option for people who need to arrange a dental visit after work or classes.
