Dr. Mohammed Shamsul Islam Khan is a neurosurgeon in Dhaka, caring for people with brain, spine and nerve problems. He has MBBS (CMC), BCS (Health) and FCPS (Neurosurgery), and serves as an Associate Professor and unit lead in neurosurgery at Dhaka Medical College & Hospital. His further training includes neuro-endoscopy in India, skull-base work in Bangalore, an AO-Spine fellowship in Asia-Pacific, and fellowships with AANS, FACS and FICS in the USA. Patients seek his care for concerns such as brain tumours, stroke, head injuries, spinal cord injuries, disc disease, hydrocephalus and nerve disorders. He sees patients at Green Specialized Hospital (Pvt) Ltd in Dhaka from 3pm to 5pm, except Friday, and at Popular Diagnostic Center, Chittagong, on Tuesday from 5pm to 11pm.
