She holds MBBS, FCPS (Medicine) and FCPS (Nephrology), and works as a Consultant in the Nephrology Department at Evercare Hospital, Dhaka. Her training included BIRDEM, BSMMU and Dhaka Medical College Hospital, and she previously worked at BIRDEM General Hospital caring for people with kidney and other medical conditions, including diabetes-related kidney problems. Her areas of interest include diabetic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, acute kidney injury, urinary tract infections, peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) and follow-up after kidney transplant. She performs renal biopsies and has a focus on CAPD catheter insertion. You can see her at Evercare Hospital, Dhaka, from 9am to 5pm; the chamber is closed on Friday.
