উনি একজন দায়িত্ববান, ডেডিকেটেড ডাক্তার যিনি আউটডোরে নির্ধারিত সময় ২.৩০ এর পরেও বিদ্যুৎ না থাকা অবস্থায় অপেক্ষমান রোগীদের সেবা দিয়েছেন, সরকারি হাসপাতালে এ ধরনের সেবা পেয়ে অপেক্ষমান রোগীরা একে অন্যের কাছে ওনার প্রশংসা করেছেন যে ডাক্তার কে এম আকিব আনোয়ার খুব ভালো করে রোগীদের কথা শোনেন এবং পরামর্শ দেন। আমি যে রোগী নিয়ে গিয়েছিলাম, প্রচন্ড অসুস্থ থাকার পরেও আল্লাহর রহমতে একদিন পর থেকেই ভালো হয়ে গিয়েছেন।
