Most back pain comes from strained muscles and joints and settles within a few weeks with gentle movement and simple pain relief. Pain that lasts longer, keeps coming back, or runs down one leg (sciatica, often from a slipped disc) needs a proper assessment, usually by an orthopaedic specialist.
The doctor asks how the pain started and examines your back, posture, leg strength and reflexes. Many people need no scan at first. An X-ray or MRI is advised when the pain persists, a nerve seems affected, or something else is suspected. Bring any earlier X-ray or MRI films and reports.
Go to emergency care straight away for back pain with loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the groin or back passage, new weakness in the legs, or after a fall or accident. See a doctor soon for back pain with fever or unexplained weight loss.
This is general information, not a diagnosis. Your own doctor will advise on your case.

Back pain that will not settle, pain shooting down the leg, or a suspected disc problem goes to an orthopedic or physical medicine specialist. Sudden leg weakness or losing control of your bladder is an emergency — go straight to hospital.

27 at the moment, each with degrees, chamber address, sitting hours and a contact number. New profiles are added as they are verified.
Mostly hospitals and diagnostic centres — Ibn Sina Diagnostic & Consultation Center, Rajshahi, Seba Clinic, Chapainawabganj, Micare Health Limited and Patient’s Care Centre among them. Open any profile for that doctor's exact chamber address and the days and hours they sit.
There is no booking button here — open the profile you want and ring the chamber's own serial number during its sitting hours. That number and the sitting days are on the profile, and so is the fee where the chamber has shared it.
